Shipping Types

Shipment Processing
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

Shipping Costs
Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.
Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)
Here are some things to try.
1)Check that your shipping address is correct.
2) Give it 2 days.
Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.
3) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.
This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.
4) Contact the carrier
Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (.FedEx, UPS, etc.).
